The Domrei Philosophy

The Royal Government, Multilateral Development Institutions and the various Non-Government Organisations working to assist Cambodia are committed to serving the people by implementing appropriate policies and programmes. They cannot do this without meaningful, unbiased and scientifically sound knowledge about the needs, perceptions and behaviour of those whose welfare they seek to serve.

Domrei’s mission is to assist policy-makers and project managers by providing high-quality, scientifically-sound knowledge about the needs, perceptions and behaviour of Cambodians. A registered Cambodian company, Domrei has successfully completed over 45 surveys for a wide-range of clients including The Ministry of Health (MOH), UNFPA, UNIFEM, UNESCO, ILO, WHO, BTZ, AusAID, USAID and a number of NGOs including Care International.

At Domrei, we believe that there is a need in the Cambodian research market for improved data quality and ethical standards, and through training Cambodian researchers we strive to improve domestic research capacity.
